Amiya Rosa Two: First Class that lasts

The extended area where the kitchen could be placed as an option, it is at the inner area beside the stairs and has an access with the carport area as shown in the picture.


The stairs is a regular part of the house and with the Sangria Deluxe unit, I could say that the positioning of the stairs makes it highly utilized gaining access to the kitchen and living area and the balcony and rooms at the second floor while being discreet and not a sore to the eyes of the owner and especially the visitors.


The Balcony is the special feature of the Deluxe Unit in Amiya Rosa 2 and it is easily accessible from the stairs since it is right beside the landing at the second floor directly across the Master Bedroom.


The last feature of the Sangria Deluxe unit are the three bedrooms; the Master Bedroom is situated at the front part of the house and has its view of the street and has its own toilet and bath area while the other two bedrooms are situated behind it with access to the toilet and bath area at the second floor.


The Sangria Deluxe has a price range of 3.8M to 4.5M and it would be better seen for me to show you how reasonable the price actually is! Maintaining its feature, FIRST CLASS THAT LASTS.
