Lipa City is the third coolest weather in the Philippines after Baguio and Tagaytay that also offers economic growth and investment. It is a place where there are different choices for the basic needs of families like food, shelter, hospital, churches and even leisurely activities.
Bloomfields is located near the highway with easy access to the STAR tollway, Robinson's Mall, SM City Lipa and an alternate route to Batangas City. It is a large subdivision development that has been around for a long time and two of my clients would want to sell their investments.
The first client's reason for selling the property is simply because they cannot maintain the house and lot due to lack of time. The reason why my client wants to sell this is that the one living in the house is her mother and she suffered a stroke that is why their family decided to take their mother to Manila to properly take care of her.
